This website (https://dhaneshanair.com) is owned and operated by Dhanesh A Nair, an independent sole proprietor based in India ("I", "me", "my"). These Terms & Conditions — also referred to as the Terms of Use or Terms of Service — govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of any digital products offered on it.

By accessing this website, or by purchasing or downloading any product from it, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the Delivery Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or make a purchase.

Who can use and buy the products

The products themselves — such as planners and study tools — are made for everyone, including students, and there is no age restriction on using them.

However, making a payment is a binding transaction. To purchase from this website you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, the payment must be made by, or with the express consent and involvement of, a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for the transaction. By completing a purchase you confirm that this requirement is met.

By making a purchase you also confirm that the information you provide (including your email address) is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

The products

This website offers digital products — such as downloadable planners, templates and tools — which are delivered electronically. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Product descriptions, previews and images are provided to help you decide, and I make reasonable efforts to keep them accurate. Minor variations between a preview and the delivered file (for example colours on different screens, or small updates) do not constitute a defect. Some tools are designed to run locally on your own device (for example, in your web browser); their behaviour may depend on your device, browser and settings.

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. I may change prices, products and descriptions at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been paid for.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. I do not receive, see or store your full card, UPI or bank details — those are handled entirely by the payment provider under their own terms and security standards. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully captured. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

Delivery

After a successful payment, a personal download link is sent automatically to the email address you provide at checkout. Please enter your email carefully — delivery to a wrong or mistyped address is not my responsibility, though I will help where I reasonably can. The link is time-limited (currently valid for 7 days). Licence and permitted use

When you buy a digital product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own personal or internal professional use. You do NOT buy ownership of the product itself.

You may not: resell, redistribute, sub-license, rent, lend, share or give away the files (in whole or in part); publish them publicly or upload them anywhere others can download them; remove any notices; or use them to create a competing product. Breaching this licence terminates your right to use the product and may make you liable for the resulting loss.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and all digital products — including designs, text, images, layouts, code and files — are the intellectual property of Dhanesh A Nair unless clearly stated otherwise, and are protected by applicable laws. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence described above.

Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website — including not attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or security, probe or scan its systems, circumvent the payment or download mechanisms, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers — no warranties

The website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While I take genuine care to make the products useful, accurate and well-made, I do not warrant that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose, or that they will meet your specific requirements or produce any particular result.

The products are provided for general personal and productivity use only. They are not professional advice — nothing sold here is financial, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Any decisions you make using a product are your own responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the website or any product, even if the possibility of such loss was known.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a product or the website will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of your misuse of the website or a product, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Third-party services and links

This website relies on third-party services (such as Razorpay for payments, the email provider that delivers your download, and the hosting provider). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. This website may also link to third-party sites; I am not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Suspension and changes to the service

I may modify, suspend or discontinue the website or any product at any time, without liability, for example for maintenance, updates, or if a product is retired. This does not affect files already delivered to you for an order you have paid for.

Force majeure

I am not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond my reasonable control — such as outages of hosting, payment or email providers, internet failures, natural events, or government action.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
