Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit this website or buy a digital product from it, and how that information is used. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to the practices described here.
Who runs this website
This website is run by Dhanesh A Nair, an individual working independently — not a company or a team. I am personally responsible for any personal data collected here, and I am the person you deal with directly. How to reach me about data is at the end of this notice.
What I collect, and what I do not
I collect as little as possible. In full: your name, email address and message if you contact me, and your email address if you buy a digital product. That is everything.
I do not collect your phone number, postal address, date of birth, government ID, precise location, or any financial information. There are no accounts and no passwords on this site. I do not buy personal data from anyone, and I never sell or rent yours.
Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment provider’s own secure checkout and never reach this website. I never see them and cannot store them.
Information you provide
You can browse this site without creating an account. You share information with me only when you choose to — by contacting me or by making a purchase.
If you use the contact form or email link, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, and the contents of your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
If you buy a digital product, you provide your email address at checkout so the product can be delivered to you. You also enter payment details, but these go directly to the payment provider (see "Payments" below) — I never receive or store them.
Contact form
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards submissions to my email. Data you enter into the form is transmitted to Web3Forms for delivery. See the Web3Forms privacy policy at https://web3forms.com/privacy for details.
Payments
Payments for digital products are processed securely by Razorpay, a third-party payment provider. When you pay, your card, UPI or bank details are collected and processed by Razorpay under their own terms and security standards — they are never sent to, seen by, or stored on this website.
Razorpay shares limited transaction information with me, such as a payment ID, the amount, the payment status and the email associated with the order, so I can confirm the sale and deliver your product. Order delivery emails
After a successful payment, an automated email containing your download link is sent to the email address you provided. This email is sent through a third-party email delivery provider (Resend). Your email address and the product name are processed for the purpose of delivering your order and providing support.
I also receive a notification of the sale (including your email and the payment ID) so I can keep a record of the transaction and help you if needed.
Legal basis for processing
India’s data protection law (the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) allows personal data to be used either with your consent, or where you have clearly handed it over yourself for an obvious purpose.
If you message me, you are giving me your details so I can reply. That is the only thing they are used for. If you would rather I did not keep the message, say so and I will delete it.
If you buy a product, your email is used to take the payment and send you the file. Ticking the box at checkout is how you agree to that. Afterwards I keep the transaction record because tax rules require it.
How your information is used
Information you provide is used only to: respond to your enquiries; process and deliver your orders; provide customer support; keep records of transactions as required for accounting and legal purposes; and protect against fraud or misuse. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for third-party advertising.
Technical information
Like most websites, certain technical information may be processed automatically when you visit, including IP address, browser type and version, device information, date and time of access, referring pages, and server logs.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical and operational data necessary to provide hosting, security, performance, and delivery. See the Vercel privacy policy at https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic — such as page views, referring sources, approximate country (derived from IP address), and device or browser type. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build an advertising profile or store information that personally identifies you. Cookies & tracking
This website does not use cookies for advertising, cross-site behavioural tracking, or profiling. The analytics described above are cookieless. Infrastructure providers may use essential technologies strictly required for operation, delivery, and security.
The site does store a small amount of information inside your own browser, on your device only. It is never sent to me. That is your light or dark theme preference and, if you buy a product, a note that the purchase happened on this device — holding the email address you entered and the payment reference — so that reloading the page does not offer you the same product twice. You can remove all of it at any time by clearing site data for this website in your browser settings.
Third-party links
This website may link to third-party sites, social platforms, or repositories. I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Data retention
Messages sent to me may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and keep records of communication. Order and transaction records (such as your email, the product purchased and the payment ID) are retained for as long as necessary to provide support and to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Your rights over your data
You can ask me to tell you what data of yours I hold, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it. You can also tell me to stop using it, and you can ask someone else to act for you if you are ever unable to.
To do any of these, email me at the address at the end of this notice with “DPDP” in the subject line, writing from the same email address the data is under so I know it is you. There is no charge and no form to fill in.
A practical note: this site holds very little — usually just an email address and a message you sent me. If you want your enquiry deleted, say so in one line and it is done. I will always reply and tell you what I did.
The one thing I cannot delete is a record of a purchase, because tax rules require me to keep it for a set period. If that applies, I will tell you, and tell you when it expires.
Children
This website and its products are intended for people aged 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not send me your details or buy anything here.
If you believe someone under 18 has given me their personal data, contact me and I will delete it promptly.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.

For any question about how your personal data is handled, to exercise any of the rights above, or to make a complaint, contact the person responsible for data protection on this site. Put DPDP in the subject line so it is not missed.
