Delivery Policy
Digital delivery only
All products sold on this website are digital goods. There is no physical shipment, no courier, and no shipping charge. Everything is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.
How and when you receive your product
Immediately after your payment is successfully completed, an automated email is sent to the address you entered at checkout. This email contains a personal, secure download link for your product.
Delivery is usually instant, but in rare cases it may take a few minutes. The download link remains valid for a limited period (currently 7 days), so please download and save your file promptly.
If your product doesn’t arrive
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder and confirm you entered your email address correctly.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact me at dhanesh.a.connect@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and I will re-send your download link as quickly as I can.
International buyers
Because delivery is entirely digital, products are available to buyers anywhere with a valid payment method accepted by the payment provider. No customs, duties or shipping timelines apply.
